Our Process
From Initial Consultation through Construction
Initial Project Meeting
We will schedule a time that is convenient for you to meet and discuss your project. We will listen to your ideas and expectations and answer any questions you may have. After a brief discussion we will take a few measurements and pictures of the space.
Agree on a Budget
Setting a preliminary budget before the project begins is a crucial step for ensuring that our team stays on track to meet your financial needs. Once a budget is set we will begin the next phase of our process.
Concept Drawing
We will begin the first concept drawings based on your requirements and project specifications. This phase requires a paid design fee.
Interior Design Option:
For clients who want a more elevated, finished look, we offer access to an interior designer who works with our team to assist with selections, finishes, and overall design direction.
Final Drawing & Estimate
Once we have finalized the drawings to meet your project needs we will provide an estimate. If the estimate is approved we will begin the final stage of preparation.
Contract & Deposit
Once the estimate has been approved we will provide a contract and discuss payment schedule. At this time we will also check lead times on materials and provide an estimated timeline of completion.

Construction
During the construction process your project will be expertly managed. We will check in daily and provide updates on our contractor timelines. We can be reached anytime day or night through-out this process to make sure your project progresses seamlessly.
