Ryan began his career in Cincinnati, Ohio, specializing in electrical and mechanical engineering. With a strong foundation in technical expertise, he furthered his education by earning a Business Management degree from Ohio Christian University. Demonstrating a commitment to professional growth, Ryan also obtained several key certifications, including an HVAC license, a building contractor license and a general contractor license from the State of Florida, These accomplishments reflect his diverse skill set and dedication to excellence in both engineering and business management.

Jessica began her career working alongside her entrepreneurial father, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in business management. She earned a Business Management degree from Ohio Christian University and has since successfully grown two companies in Southwest Ohio and one in Central Florida. Specializing in operational and strategic business management, Jessica utilizes her expertise to drive growth and efficiency across organizations.
